Protection Of Personal Data Act

INFORMATION ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND APPROVAL 

We, ALTINYAĞ Madencilik ve Enerji Yatırımları San.Tic. A. Ş. (‘’ALTINYAĞ ’’) have been attaching extreme importance to ensuring safety of personal data you submit to us either by using our web site, or by completing relevant application forms or by other ways, in frame of relevant legislation, especiallyconstitution of Turkish Republic, relevant international agreements to which our a country is a party and protection of personal data act nr.6698. 

According to the provisions of protection of personal data act nr.6698 (“KVK K”) any information of you, which make your identity certain or identifiable, including your personal data with special quality shall be processed by ALTINYAĞ in quality of data responsible. 

Your personal data you have shared with our company in frame of client, supplier, employee and similar relations may be processed, recorded, stored, preserved in compliance to KVK entirely or partially in connection with processing purposes, accurately and livingly; may be transferred to relevant third persons either internal country or abroad especially ALTINYAĞ Madencilik ve Enerji Yatırımları San. Tic. A.Ş. including but not limited to business partners, suppliers, sub contractors, relevant auditor organizations, official authorities; may be stored, updated, periodically controlled, reorganized and reclassified therein. Our company in quality of data processor may submit enlightenment and introduction e-mails and/or messages, may extend phone calls or such services may be done by obtaining from third persons. 

Your personal data may be stored, processed by our company in quality of data responsible for purposes such as understanding needs of individual and/or corporate business partners, to response their demands faster and to render and to obtain better service to inform you about us, to obtain your opinions on our services, to improve, to develop and to diversify in line with your demands and needs upon developing our communication, as well as to run our quality and standard audits in accordance with the relevant law and legislation or to fulfill our reporting and similar liabilities as foreseen in relevant legislation. Such service may be obtained from third persons. 

Your personal data may be collected, your approval may be obtained verbally, in writing or in electronic environment through various tools such as web site, social media accounts, various agreements, electronic mail, application forms etc., by means of written or verbal communications exchanged with our company, for purpose and in scope but not limited to mentioned above. 

Article 11 of KVK K Nr.6698 has gone in effect on 07 October 2016 and the rights you possess in scope of this act are specified below: 

You are entitled;
1. To learn whether your personal data are processed or not,
2. To request information if they have been processed,
3. To learn the purpose of process and whether they are used in compliance to such purpose,
4. To know 3rd persons in country/abroad to whom they have been transferred,
5. To demand correction if they have been processed imperfect / wrong,
6. To request deletion or destruction of personal data and to ask to be notified to third persons to whom they are transferred in frame of the conditions foreseen in article 7 of law
7. To ask for aforesaid transactions made under articles 5 and 6 above to be notified to 3rd persons to whome they are transferred,
8. To raise opposition against occurrence of any result against you upon analyzing your personal data exclusively through automatic systems,
9. To demand elimination of your loss if you incur loss as the result of that your personal data would have been illegally processed.

You herewith irrevocably agree that necessary and sufficient notification under act nr.6698 and relevant legislation has been completely given to your side both verbally and in writing, and that you have understood and agreed the content of notification. 

Upon having read the notification above, you have released consent for your personal data to be processed by ALTINYAĞ , shared with parties mentioned above and to be processed by aforesaid organizations upon approval of this document.
